Relatively minor losses are handled expediently by our dedicated in-house Claims Unit ensuring that all necessary forms and statutory documentation are delivered promptly, thereby minimising time span between the original declaration of any given incident and its final settlement. On the case of larger losses, our Claims Unit actively assists our customers throughout the process to ensure the settlement is effective and efficient.

We address those statutory ancillary requirements imposed upon property owners, such as statutory plant inspections, insurance cover for accidental damage or loss of the machinery and plant, health and safety assessments and EN80/81.
